Bringing Clean Water and Lasting Hope
Before these wells are installed, many families must walk up to three miles each day to collect water for drinking, cooking, and washing. This long journey often consumes hours of their time and can be especially difficult for women, children, and the elderly.
Drilling a well is demanding work. A team of four to five workers spends several days digging by hand, often working 4–5 days to reach a reliable source of clean water deep underground. Once water is found, the well head is installed and the system is completed, providing a sustainable source of safe drinking water for the community. While the process is challenging, the impact is life-changing. Entire villages gain access to clean water, improving health and daily living conditions. Girls Rescued from Human Trafficking at the India Border
Although border security measures are strict, traffickers continue to use deceptive methods to move vulnerable girls into India. Once a girl is taken across the border, it becomes much more difficult to prevent her from being sold into trafficking. This is why we support this team working diligently every day to strengthen protection efforts at key border crossings.

Begin a New Chapter
We are proud to celebrate an important milestone for six rescued young women who have successfully completed their tailoring and sewing skills training.
This week, they are returning to their communities equipped with the knowledge, confidence, and certification needed to begin their own small tailoring businesses. To help them start strong, we have provided each graduate with a sewing machine and the essential tools required to begin earning an income and building a sustainable future.
